■今年の目標
今勤めている会社は、1月7日が仕事始め。９連休ですが残りもあと２日間となりました。
松の内に今年の目標を宣言しておきたいとおもいます。
１月１日にも書きましたが、今年は新しい事にチャレンジする年にします。
人生の中でも大きなターニングポイントにできるようにしたいなと考えています。
そして、大きく６月までの前半戦と、１２月までの後半戦に分けて計画していて、前半戦では新しい事をするための準備期間、ネタを仕込む期間、後半戦は実践に移す期間と位置づけています。
「前半戦の目標」
１）ブログの設置
とりあえず設置は完了しましたが、まだ、ほとんどデフォルト状態ですね。
設置の目的は、日々の活動の記録とアイデアの蓄積、検討、整理ですので、デザイン性はあまり気にする必要はないかな？。
２）ホームページの設置
こちらも、設置はしましたが、まだ、経歴の部分が完成していません。この休み中に仕上げようとおもっていますが、結構時間がかかりそうです。
設置の目的は、「富山シンジって何者？」という方に、名刺代わりというか履歴書がわりに準備するものです。
企業のホームページの「会社概要」に相当するものになるかな？
「経歴」の部分自分の経歴をふりかえることによって、自分のこれまでの人生のたな卸しをしていく場とも考えています。
会社概要の「沿革」にあたる部分になりますね。
３）「中長期人生計画」の作成
今は漠然と「こんな風に生きて生きたいなぁ」と頭の中にあるんですが、これからの３年から１０年間、どんな風にいきていきたいかをまとめたいと考えています。
「後半戦の目標」
１）出版物としての執筆活動の開始
自分がこうなって欲しいと考えている「もうひとつの地球」と「リアル社会」の未来像を、「論文形式」と「フィクション形式」で書いて出版したいなと考えています。実際の出版は来年を目標としています。
２）ビデオ配信の開始
「もうひとつの地球」と「リアル社会」の今を、分かりやすい形でビデオ配信していきたいなと考えています。
ニュース形式みたいな感じになるかな。
「通年の目標」
１）ブログの毎日更新
かなり喫そうですが、がんばります。
２）仲間を５００人を集める。
ネット上でも、リアルな活動上でも、私の活動に興味を示してもらえる、あるいは、前向きな批判をしてくれる、仲間を５００人集めたいと考えています。
仲間と認定する定義は、「ブログにトラックバックした人」、「ブログにコメントした人」、「メールアドレスの交換をしたひと」とします。
とまぁ、こんなところですかね。
あと、できればいいなぁと思うのが２年過ごした上海に行くこと。
上海時代は、フリーランスとして仕事をしていたので金銭的には厳しかったけど、自分のペースで仕事ができていてかなり理想に近い感じだったかな。
上海の街が持つ活気も、ワクワクするものがあって本当に面白かったですね。
あと、上海時代に購読するようになったメールマガジン「上海IT管理者のひとり言」の著者の方がブログをはじめられたのでコメントしたら、メールをいただきました。ちょっと、うれしかったです＾＾
上海に進出する予定のある、或いは進出している日本企業のＩＴ担当者の方にはお勧めのメールマガジンですよ。

■今年的目标
现在工作的公司，是1月7日开始工作。是9连休残余也成为了还有2天。
我想松之内预先宣言今年的目标。
1月1日也写了,不过，今年要挑战新的事的年。
人生的考虑使想尤其大的转折点出现。
为了做与并且，很大地到6月为止的前半部分战，到12月为止的后半战分开计划着，在前半部分战中新的事的准备期间，赋予地位着教育材料的期间，后半战实践转移的期间。
「前半部分战的目标」
1)博客的设置
首先设置完成了,不过，还，几乎是默认状态。
因为设置的目的，是每天的活动的记录和想法的积蓄，讨论，处理，设计性不需要过分介意吗？。
2)主页的设置
这边，设置也做了,不过，还，经历的部分没完成。想这个休息中打算做完,不过，相当快要花费时间了。
设置的目的，是「富山真嗣什么人？在」的，是不是说名片替代履历书比较准备。
成为企业的主页的「公司概要」相当于的东西吗？
根据回顾「经历」的部分自己的经历的事，做自己的到现在为止的人生的ta的批发的场一起考虑。
成为相当于公司概要的「沿革」的部分。
3)「中长期人生计划」的作成
现在模糊在头中「想生活于这样的风里活啊」,不过，想从今后的3年开始10年，归结想生活于怎样的风里。
「后半战的目标」
作为1)出版物的执笔活动的开始
认为想认为自己希望变成这样的「再一个地球」以「论文形式」和「杜撰形式」写「现实社会」的未来像，出版。实际的出版把明年作为目标。
2)录像送信的开始
认为想「再一个地球」以易懂的形式录像送信「现实社会」的现在。
变成新闻形式那样的感觉吗。
「全年的目标」
1)博客的每天更新
相当吃那样,不过，努力。
集聚2)朋友500人。
想网络上，也现实的活动上，也聚集500人能请对我的活动表现，或是兴趣，做积极的批判，朋友。
与朋友认定的定义，作为「博客Trackback了的人」，「对博客进行评论的人」，「做了邮件地址的交换的人」。
是maa，这样的地方。
以后，去想能好就行了啊2年过了的上海的事。
上海时代，因为作为无所属做着工作金钱性严厉,不过，以自己的步调能着工作是相当靠近理想的感觉吗。
上海的街有的活力，也有欢心雀跃的东西真的有趣。
以后，因为变得上海时代订阅的邮件杂志「上海IT管理者的一个人言」的著者被以博客为首如果进行评论，领受了邮件。喂，高兴^^
有，或者进入上海的预定进入的日本企业的IT担当者是推荐的邮件杂志哟。

- This year's target
As for the company that works now, January 7 starts work. The remainder became

Do it become the one that corresponds to "Company overview" on the homepage of
the enterprise?
It is thought the place where my current life is taken an inventory by looking back on the career of me of "Career" the part.

3)Making of "Mid/long-term life plan"
I want to bring what wind you wanting live for three-ten years together though it is vaguely in "I want to live in this way and to live" and the head now.
"Target of second-half game"
1)Beginning of writing as publication
Think not wanting will write the image by "Thesis form" and "Fiction form" in the future of "Another earth" that think by me that want you to become it so and "Be real society" and publication. Actual publication aims at next year.
2)Beginning of video delivery

1)Daily update of blog
Holds out considerably though is so.
2)Companions are gathered and 500 people are gathered.
I want to gather 500 companions who can show interest in my activity also in on the net and the real activity or do a positive criticism.
