■今週読んだ本　「それでも脳はたくらむ」　茂木健一郎　著

本書は脳科学者の茂木健一郎氏が「読売ウイークリー」に「脳からはじまる」というタイトルで連載していた内容をまとめた本である。

そのタイトルから、脳の働きが「脳からみた主観的立場」で直接的に記載されていることを期待して購入したのだが、茂木氏や茂木氏自身が出会った方々の経験や体験を具体的なエピソードを例としてあげて、脳の働きや人間の可能性についてを語った本であった。

この本を私なりに要約すると「人間の成長＝脳の成長」で、それは様々なストレスやプレッシャーを受けながら体験し、経験し、考えることによって、成長し、進化するといったところだ。

「人間はなんでこんな行動をとるのか」ということを、常に脳科学者の視点でとらえているからこそ、こういった切り口で文章が書けるのだと思う。

一般週刊誌の連載ということからか、専門的な言葉は使わず、理解しやすい文章で書かれているが情報の密度は高くしっかり読もうとするとそこそこ時間がかかった。

この本を読んでの感想は色々あるのだが、脳はマイナスの要因もプラスのアウトプットとして変換できる働きを持ち、また、継続的に使うことによって自分が意識していない状態でも勝手に考え続けてくれるようになるわけだから、私個人としても、ブログを使って、継続的にプラス志向の文章を書き、脳を成長進化させようと思う。

■本星期读了的本「那(样)脑也图谋」茂木健一郎著

正式文本是归结了脑科学家茂木健一郎先生「读卖周刊」以「从脑开始」的标题连载的内容的书。

从那个标题，期待脑的工作在「从脑看了的主观的立场」直接地被记载的事购买了,不过，是茂木先生和茂木先生自己遇到了的各位的经验和体验把具体的小故事作为例子，关于脑的工作和人的可能性谈了的书。

一我归纳这个书的话由于「人的增长=脑的增长」，那就各种各样的刚刚说了根据一边受到紧张状态和压力一边体验，经验，考虑的事，增长，进化。

我想把「人为什么采取这样的行动」，经常在脑科学家的视点正因为捕捉着，在这样的切开的口文章能写。

从普通周刊杂志的连载或者，专业性的言词不使用，用容易理解的文章被写信息的密度高(贵)地好好地打算读的话草草了事花费了时间。

这个那个地有读这个书的感想,不过，我也脑想有，同时减的主要原因作为正的输出也能变换的工作，因为变得根据继续性地使用的事自己应该没认识的状态随意地也持续考虑，即使我个人，使用博客，继续性地写正意向的文章，使之增长进化脑。

When the density of information was firmly read high, it took hurried time though a serial of a general weekly magazine or a special word did not use, and was being written by sentences that understood easily.

The state that I do not consider will continuously write sentences of the plus intention by using the blog as piece person of me because it comes to keep thinking without permission, and evolve the brain to the brain by having working that can convert the factor of the minus as an output of the plus, and using it continuously growing up though is variously the impression that reads this book.
